I am a software consultant from San Diego, looking for a part-time ruby on rails
developer.
The project is around 6 months long (with option for more).
We will communicate daily in English on Skype.
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
1. 5 years of web programming and 1 year in ROR.
2. Experience with Mysql.
3. Familiar with test driven
development and testing tools.
4. Excellent English (written and verbal).
