Mid-level Rails web developer

We're looking for a passionate full time ruby on rails developer to join our team.

Our company is passionate about the web and ruby on rails. We build web applications for small to medium businesses while building our own web2.0 products.

We're a virtual team in Australia and Hong Kong. You'll be working from home initially, but we're likely to setup an office within China within the coming year.

Responsibility:

    * Support our current projects, make enhancements and bug fixes.
    * Help us in our in-house project to develop a distributed processing system using Amazon S3 and EC2.

Mid-level Rails developer

    * Have at least built one application Rails.
    * Able to develop in Linux or Mac environment.
    * Experienced with web development projects
    * Capable in HTML/CSS
    * Familiar with Javascript, prototype.js, scriptaculous, ajax applications.
    * Knowledge or interests in Usability and HCI
    * Attention to detail
    * Write clean and maintainable ruby styled code
    * Good command with English.

    * Any open source experience
