We are looking for highly motivated Software Design Engineer in Test to help ship our next wave of AdCenter products to compete with
Google and Yahoo!. You will work on and own features that are the cornerstones of the solution suite.
Responsibilities:
Core responsibilities include developing feature test plan and test cases; automating and executing test cases to ensure complete test coverage; analyzing bugs and issues; generating reports for test results and quality assessment; providing feedback to program management and
developers; and driving overall quality of your features.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should posses strong design and coding skills in C/C++/C#, and experienced in debugging applications. A good understanding of HTML/
XML and HTTP, as well as
SQL database is required. Ability to ramp up on new technologies, as well as design and develop testing tools. Attention to details while driving multiple tasks. Flexibility in working on fast changing project environment that may have changing requirements over time. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese. Ability to work in a cross
team and/or discipline environment.
A keen ability to identify, zero-in, and flush out problems and defects in complex software systems is highly preferred. Knowledge in web technologies such as web crawlers, Ajax/Ruby is a plus but not required.
A BS degree (or higher) in CS or related field is required.
