职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
To manage and approve the software architectures of Product and product based applications.
To define and promote the strategic direction provided by Product Management for the
development of the product(s) software architecture, to manage changes to the product architecture to be consistent with these objectives.
To champion the use and improvement of the product based architectures to improve both the safety and quality of our software products while reducing the deployment cost of those products. To contribute to the heightened reuse of product software artifacts and contribute to improvements in software quality, through. To mentor, coach and support software Architects and
developers working with Product Architectures.
To provide support and guidance in the selection of new process improvements related to software development for the products, and be accountable for the overall success of the product line.
BASIC LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
-University degree in Computer sciences,
Engineering or a closely related field.
-Minimum 8 years relevant experience in development of software intensive applications.
-Good interpersonal & people management skills. Self confident, and able to defend product development interests in a high pressure environment.
-Ability to manage development
teams to budget & schedule objectives in a challenging environment.
-Strong application (automated train control systems) domain knowledge & knowledge of modern software engineering practices, methodologies and tools.
-Knowledge of railway signalling techniques.
-GENA protocol
-VC++ 7.1, UML, CPPUnit
-
SQL basic knowledge
-Ruby, Perl
-Doxygen, Doors, Crystal Report, Clearcase
FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED:
12 months in Toronto for training then fulltime in Shanghai
(6 months in Verification & Validation team+ 6 months in product team)
Occasional On-Site missions in China may be required

---能在一个富挑战性的环境里，管理开发小组达到预算& 时间表目标
---对于（自动化列车控制系统）领域知识能熟练运用，了解现代软件工程实践、方法学和工具知识
---了解铁路信号传输技术

出差频率：
有12个月在多伦多培训，然后回上海工作。
