职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
To provide design, analysis and programming in the
development of software for train control systems of company TRSS Canada, Transport Automation. To plan and direct work within the software
team and provide technical guidance to other analysts.
LOCATION:Shanghai
FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED:
6 months in Toronto for training then fulltime in Shanghai
Occasional On-Site missions in China may be required
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Designs, produces, integrates and tests software applications.
Conceptual and detailed designs of systems or portion of systems.
Supervises design implementation of programs and tests identifying errors and omissions in requirements and ensures that they are resolved.
Prepares reports, giving findings on problems.
Provides assistance in developing software capabilities required to support design effort.
Provides leadership and motivation to technical staff.
Provides support to marketing and other departments as required.
Analyses of customer requirements using Company standard methodology.
Implements software systems in 'C' (or equivalent).
Designs system software based on Company standard methodology.
Performs system analysis and designs using CASE tools.
Keeps abreast of relevant technology developments.
Incumbent may be assigned temporarily to another software team performing the same tasks.
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
+3 years relevant working experience.
Knowledge of railway signalling techniques.
GENA protocol (mandatory)
VC++ 7.1, UML, CPPUnit
SQL basic knowledge
Ruby, Perl
Doxygen, Doors, Crystal Report, Clearcase
